Should your scissors still need a general check-up, our maintenance service is at your complete disposal and includes:

  • Repair
  • Sharpening
  • Cleaning
  • Cut control

ATTENTION!

Should you verify that the scissors pinch the hair, it will be enough to adjust the tension by acting on the central pin with the key supplied.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Buy the service on our shop or call us at 011-4249793 or write to info@cutterfly.com
  2. The express courier will pick them up at your salon (indicate if you have special hours, or closing days other than Monday).
  3. Within 10 working days the courier will return the scissors, fully inspected.

THE COST FOR COLLECTION AND RETURN IS FREE, ALSO, IF YOU WANT, WE WILL SEND YOU A PAIR OF REPLACEMENT SCISSORS FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD YOUR CUTTERFLY IS UNDER MAINTENANCE.

REMEMBER!
